60” ankle mobility
30” triceps + lats stretch
– 3 rounds:
10” deep fr.  Squat “hold” pvc
5 front sot press pvc
10 mountain climber
5 reverse nordic curl
5 push press pvc
5 front squat pvc

Treino do Dia 

– Every 2 minutes do (for 5 sets):
8 push press 27/ 45kg;  *
8 front squat
total: 10′
Goal: “unbroken”
