20 ankle flexions
2x 10 wall dips (jerk drill)
– 2 rounds:
5 roll over
5 v-ups
10 push up
20 split jumping jack
– 2 rounds:
10 kipping bar
4/4 jerk load prepare
(specific as necessary)

Treino do Dia 

– 4 sets of Every 5 minutes:
15 T2B Sc: K2R
200m run
8/8 Kb jerk 16/24;   *
200m run
Total time: 20′
PSE: > = 15
PACE: Sustain/ Reach
